This is a comprehensive & hands-on course for aspiring individuals who wish to build great stuff as solo-creators, while not skipping any important know-how. We cover the entire ideation lifecycle, including problem ideation, problem definition, user research, target audience and ICP, solution ideation, prototyping, building with AI (Base44), and the knowledge required to build something that actually works and is being used.
Requirement: Base44 "Builder" subscription or above (Not included)
By the end, you'll have:
- A functioning & running web app, launched on a custom domain
- Experience working with Base44/Lovable + Claude Code (prompting, building, scaling)
- Understanding of SaaS building blocks: ICP, user flows, MVP, GTM
- Confidence to continue iterating independently and drive the app success
The course includes 6 live video meetings over 6 weeks, with a total of +10 Hours of high-value live content.

Session 1: From Idea to Problem Validation
- •What makes a good product idea?
- •How to test an idea before “building everything: "Quick Validation with Base44
- •Problem validation: asking the right questions, spotting “real” pains.
- •Using AI for user research
- •Who are we building for? User segmentation
- •Build a landing page optimized for SEO inside the app (meta description, keywords, structured data) or an Invite/Early access pages
Session 2: Know Your Users: Ideal customer profile, Roles, & User Flows
- •Ideal Customer Profile
- •Role-based design: different experiences for different user types (e.g., buyer vs seller)
- •User flows: mapping end-to-end journeys (onboarding → value → retention)
- •Hands-on: App roles, RBAC, role-based onboarding (simple conditional signup flow).
- •Design Systems: Simple, Medium, High
Session 3: Solution Ideation → MVP definition
- •What is a MVP, and how to keep it lean?
- •Quick prototypes -> quick feedback from users
- •Creating the first complete content loop: content creation + display + edit/delete
- •Main full user flow: From login to accomplishing Action/Job to be done
Session 4: Beyond Features: SaaS Mindset, back-office management:CMS, Analytics, Invite pages, Integrations
- •The difference between a One-off app vs SaaS mindset
- •What is SaaS?
- •Backoffice System: CMS, Analytics, Invite
- •Integrations 101 (API key, SDK) + Payments example
- •Add multi-user logic & permissions (e.g., each user sees their own data)
Session 5: Launch & Iterate: From MVP to Market
- •Connect a custom domain + publish live
- •Add growth hooks (invite/referral flow, feedback form)
- •Basic analytics events (signup, onboarding complete, first flow)
- •Where do users spend time?
Session 6: Iteration, Feedback & Metrics
- •Define launch metrics
- •Building a simple usage tracking page (KPIs visible inside CMS)
- •Add in-app feedback widget
- •Talk to users, who are the power-users?
